1. OVERVIEW
These terms govern use of the Heads Up Barbershop website and services. By using the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
2. SERVICES
Heads Up Barbershop provides haircuts, beard grooming, and related barbershop services at our location: 600 S County Farm Rd, STE 150, Wheaton, IL 60187. Services are subject to availability.
3. MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
- The Individual Membership is $100/month and includes unlimited haircuts.
- Membership is billed monthly through Stripe. Your first month is discounted to $80.
- All member haircuts must be booked in advance through the Setmore booking app. Walk-in visits without an appointment are not covered by the membership and will be charged at standard non-member pricing.
- Members receive priority booking over non-member walk-in customers.
- Appointments are subject to barber availability. “Unlimited” means there is no fixed cap on the number of haircuts per month, but all visits require a booked appointment and are subject to scheduling availability.
- One appointment per booking. Members may not book multiple same-day appointments.
- Fair use: this membership is intended for personal use by a single individual. The shop reserves the right to review and pause memberships that show patterns inconsistent with normal personal use.
4. NO-SHOW POLICY
- If you miss a booked appointment without canceling at least 2 hours in advance, it counts as a no-show.
- After 3 no-shows within a 60-day period, the shop reserves the right to pause or cancel the membership.
- Paused memberships may be reinstated by contacting the shop.
5. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- You may cancel your membership at any time through your Stripe billing portal or by contacting the shop.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to member benefits until then.
- No refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you can still book appointments through the end of that billing period.
- The $20 first-month discount is a one-time promotional offer. If you cancel and re-subscribe, the standard $100/month rate applies from the first month.
6. APPOINTMENTS & WALK-INS
- Appointments can be booked through our online booking system (Setmore) or by calling (630) 386-6431.
- Walk-ins are welcome for non-members and served on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Members must book through Setmore to use their membership benefits. Member walk-ins without a booking will be charged at standard non-member pricing.
- Members with appointments receive priority over walk-in customers.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
7. PRICING
- All prices listed on the website are current as of the last update. Prices are subject to change.
- Payment is accepted at the time of service (non-members) or through the membership billing system (members).
8. WEBSITE & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- Booking is provided through Setmore. Their terms apply to appointment scheduling.
- Membership payments are processed through Stripe. Their terms apply to payment processing.
- Google Reviews displayed on the site are sourced from Google and are not edited or fabricated.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Heads Up Barbershop provides grooming services to the best of our ability. We are not liable for individual styling preferences. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak with your barber or contact us.
10. CHANGES
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
